Distance Reiki Healing is a powerful technique that works on the principle of unrestricted energy flow, enabling healing to occur beyond physical boundaries. It supports the body’s natural ability to heal by restoring balance and promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
As a certified Reiki practitioner, I offer remote sessions designed to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and address a range of other concerns—providing a calming and restorative experience from anywhere in the world.
Hands-On Reiki
Hands-on Reiki offers a deeply relaxing experience that helps to clear the mind and ease the burdens of daily life, promoting a sense of inner calm and balance.
The treatment process is simple and non-invasive. Clients remain fully clothed and are comfortably positioned either lying down or seated. I gently place my hands in a sequence of non-intrusive positions on or just above the body, typically focusing on key energy centers (chakras). There is no massage or physical manipulation involved.
Rather than targeting specific symptoms, Reiki works holistically—supporting the entire body and mind. Sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour, tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.
