My name is Mary Porcu, and I am a certified Reiki Usui/Holy Fire Master Teacher, and a proud member of the UK Reiki Federation.
I'm from the wild and sun-drenched island of Sardinia, where the rhythm of the sea, the whisper of the wind, and the stillness of ancient traditions nurtured my early years. In my early twenties, life carried me across the sea to London—a city vibrant with possibility, contrast, and transformation. It was here, in the midst of its endless movement, that I began to listen more deeply to my inner world.

My journey with Reiki began during a time when I felt something was missing—an ache for a deeper spiritual connection I could not yet name. Struggling with health issues, I was once advised by a stranger to explore Reiki for self-healing. At first, I brushed the suggestion aside. But Reiki has a way of finding you—it reappeared in conversations, in the pages of books, in the quietest nudges of intuition. Eventually, I surrendered and stepped into its embrace. That single choice changed the course of my life.

Since then, Reiki has been both my teacher and healer. It has carried me through profound transformation—lifting physical pain, soothing emotional wounds, and bringing me into alignment with my truest self. I feel stronger, more balanced, and more deeply connected to life than I ever imagined possible.

To me, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful current of universal love—an energy that flows beyond words, offering restoration and renewal on every level.
